4). fill the high-purity nitrogen and heat the chamber to quickly cool it below 150.
3、 Partial leakage occurred when the heating chamber was heated
1). immediately plug the leakage position with vacuum cement.
2). cut off the heating power immediately.
3). the heating chamber shall be immediately filled with high-purity nitrogen to make the pressure in front of the furnace close to the first level, so as to reduce air infiltration.
4、 Flow operation
1). if there is no water or insufficient water pressure for a short time, an audible and visual alarm system can be provided, but the work will not be affected. It can continue to work under normal conditions.
2). if the water supply is cut off or the water pressure is insufficient, and it is estimated that the situation will exceed 20 minutes, the heating shall be stopped immediately. When the water pressure returns to normal, start heating from zero. At this time, it should be based on the uniform process curve when the temperature of the heating chamber is just right.
5、 Power operation
